Howard Sartori commands a distinguished 35 year record of senior executive experience in the international business, corporate management, NGO and federal government sectors. A seasoned electronics/IT engineering professional and general staff command-level diplomate of the Naval War College, Sartori is a highly decorated, retired US Naval Intelligence Officer (Capt. USN) who was awarded the Legion of Merit for pioneering Internet technology adapted for modern naval applications. An alumnus of California Polytechnic University with post-graduate tenures at both George Washington and National Defense Universities, Mr. Sartori is an internationally-respected independent engineering and executive management consultant to government and business alike. His clients have included AARP, Atlantic Richfield, and prestigious transnational law firms. He was the U.S. Dept. of State-appointed delegate to the International Telecommunications Union (CCIR) as part of collateral assignment from 1972 through 1988. During his tenure in the Oil & Gas industry with Atlantic Richfield, Mr. Sartori supported Federal Legislative Affairs for ARCO in Washington DC. More recently, leveraging his extensive experience in the IT, infrastructure security and energy sectors on behalf of ArcXeon International’s London operations, he has been instrumental in positioning the equity consulting firm’s market penetration strategy in the Energy (Oil, Gas, Power) and Marine industry sectors. His leadership role has also included building ArcXeon’s NATO member-state defense and civilian ‘Infrastructure Security’ markets, a role he is transpositioning to AEPCo’s expansion activities. |
