Demilitarization

Our Engineering and Technology team delivers a wide range of solutions for ammunition, hazardous materials, and routine manufacturing to clients worldwide.  We utilize the latest in Computer Aided Drawings systems (CAD).  We design and deliver deactivation and flashing furnaces, autoclaves, disassembly machines, and complete demilitarization facilities.  Every project, however large or small, is delivered with the same dedication to quality.

Our partnerships provide us with access to Ammunition Peculiar Equipment (APE).  APE is equipment specially designed to safely perform maintenance, demilitarization, inspection or any other ammunition specific operations.  We have over 370 types of APE available for world-wide government and commercial use.

We specialize in providing our customizing services in the following fields:

  • Complete disposal services for obsolete or aging ammunitions. Three processes are offered:
    1. Contaminated Waste Processor: this furnace burns pallets, skids, PCP treated boxes, scrap metal and other materials that are potentially contaminated with explosives or propellants
    2. Open Burning/Open Detonation
    3. Deactivation Furnace: The deactivation furnace provides a controlled burning of small arms and fuse up to 20 millimeters inside a special rotating drum
  • Incineration
  • R3 Technology to include Disassembling, Hydrolysis, and Supercritical water Oxidization
  • Cannibalization of parts from equipment and machinery
  • Melting and Mutilation
  • Crushing and cuttings
  • Disfiguring and changing the earlier utility
  • Changing the products for reutilization for other purposes

Re-utilization

The raw materials contents of the equipment are not totally destroyed, as far as possible, so that the metal contents could be reutilized for manufacture of some other Equipment.
